Planning and Scheduling of G+12 Building using Primavera P6

Utilization of Project management in construction industry is now a days considered as a big skill to remote the allocation of resources and scheduling of the entire project. For such management activities various tools like primavera and MSP are in trend. People utilizes these tools to carry out an estimate scheduling for the entire project before starting. This helps out in making project run smooth and without any delay.
In this study we are utilizing primavera P6 software in a G+12 building project to justify the positive remarks of such scheduling. In this project we are considering data from site work.
